Résumé

Aesthetic education, as an educational category that encompasses aesthetic emotions and judgment, constitutes a crucial component of higher education. With the rapid development of society and the increasing diversity of cultures, the significance of aesthetic education in universities has become increasingly prominent. It is not only related to the comprehensive development of students but also serves as a key approach to enhancing the overall aesthetic literacy of the nation. Against this backdrop, diverse cultural backgrounds and regional characteristics have exerted a profound influence on the implementation pathways of aesthetic education in universities[1].

Lingnan culture, as an important branch of traditional Chinese culture, is characterized by its ethnicity and historicity, providing local universities with rich practical and unique educational resources for aesthetic education. The region's art forms and intangible cultural heritage, such as Guangdong music and Guang embroidery, are invaluable resources for aesthetic education practice. Integrating Lingnan culture into university aesthetic education not only enriches the content and forms of aesthetic education but also enhances students' identification with and sense of belonging to their local culture, promoting the inheritance and innovation of regional culture[2].

Currently, research on the practical paths of aesthetic education in universities has become an important topic in the field of education. Based on existing studies, various aspects have been explored, such as the creation of an aesthetic atmosphere through campus environment construction, systematic aesthetic education teaching through curriculum system construction, improvement of aesthetic education teaching effectiveness through teaching reform, and expansion of aesthetic education practical platforms through social practice activities[3].

However, research on integrating the unique characteristics of Lingnan culture into the practical paths of aesthetic education in universities is still in the exploratory stage. This study aims to explore how to combine the existing practical paths of aesthetic education in universities from the perspective of Lingnan culture and to identify practical paths suitable for local universities[4]. It conducts in-depth research on the characteristics and applications of Lingnan culture in aesthetic education and carries out systematic analysis and practical exploration in terms of methods and evaluation.

The significance of this study lies in providing theoretical support and practical guidance for personalized development. It helps to promote the in-depth implementation of aesthetic education in universities, enhance students' aesthetic and humanistic qualities, and offer valuable experiences for aesthetic education in universities in other regions. Through in-depth research on the practical paths of aesthetic education in local universities from the perspective of Lingnan culture, this study aims to provide innovative talents with strong cultural support and spiritual motivation.

In summary, this study will explore the unique characteristics of Lingnan culture and align them with the current practical needs of aesthetic education in universities, aiming to identify practical paths suitable for local universities[5]. The ultimate goal is to contribute new theoretical and practical insights to the development of aesthetic education in universities.
